Covid-19 Outside Visitation Policy
The following restricted guidelines will be mandated for ALL visitors during their scheduled time for visitation.
In order to schedule times for visitation, these rules MUST be followed. If any of the policy guidelines are not followed, visitation will be suspended to the individuals that do not comply. Any questions or concerns can be address to Chandi Cox, Administrator.
- ALL visits must be scheduled during the following times Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 4:00pm with Jessica Prater. To schedule a visit call Jessica at 276-385-7150 or by email at [email protected].
- Visits need to be scheduled at least 2 days in advance. Visitation schedules will be on a “first come, first serve” basis.
- All visits will be limited to 30 minutes only.
- Visits will be available outside of BLUE SUNROOM of the facility ONLY. Visitors need to park in main parking lot and come to front door to be screened by staff. If you pass your screening you will then be directed to the area of visitation.
- NO family member may enter the facility.
- ONLY 2 visitors per session will be allowed.
- Visitors MUST provide and wear masks at all times. Masks must cover the nose and mouth during the entire visit.
- Visitors MUST maintain social distancing of 6 feet at all times and sit in the assigned sitting area.
- NO touching or hugging is permitted during these visits.
- Visitors’ health screenings will be REQUIRED and completed before visitation sessions to ensure the well-being of our residents. If a temperature of 100.4 or greater, any cough, runny nose, chest congestion, or other signs and symptoms of potential COVID, visitation will be cancelled.
- ONLY adults and children 5 years or older will be allowed to have visitation due to mask requirement. Again mask must cover the nose and mouth during the entire visit and all visitors must remain in the assigned sitting area.
- A Dogwood Crossing staff member will be present during ALL visitation.
